Location Last Seen: Cathy had an encounter with Tonkawa police on September 4 when she accidentally walked into someone else’s home, thinking she was in a different town. According to Chief Nick Payne with the Tonkawa Police Department, she thought she was in Muskogee or Okmulgee, Oklahoma, which Tonkawa is far away from those cities.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Her white Dodge Charger was found abandoned on I-35 at mile marker 179, three miles north of the Stillwater exit. Her personal belongings were still inside.
Last Seen Wearing: An orange shirt with a Nike emblem on it and black sweatpants.
Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Unknown.

James was last known to be in Tonkawa on September 4, 2021. On September 15, 2021, James’ sister called the Tonkawa Police Department to report that she had not heard from her sister since September 4.
